Shane Cullen has more than 25 years’ experience in contracting and earthmoving in the Kaipara District and has steadily grown from an owner operator to a fleet of 26 plus machines. Over the years, projects have comprised of house sites, international golf courses, large roading contracts, to sub divisions. A large fleet of machinery copes with a wide variety of jobs. Rural Design 1984 Limited offers a wide range of services including ecological investigation and reports, plant supply and/or landscape planting services. We specialise in wholesale plant supply for community projects, subdivision, land restoration projects and home gardens. Rural Design have been involved in Mangawhai Point right from the beginning, including initial weed control and site preparation.
